Welcome to the Millionaire.email Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

To join our Program, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Own or manage a valid website, social media profile, or email list.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

  • You will earn a fixed commission per sale as advertised on our affiliate dashboard or promotional materials.

  • Commission applies only to qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link.

  • No commission will be paid on your own purchases or for refunds/canceled orders.

3. Payouts

  • Payouts are made monthly, with a minimum threshold of $100.

  • Payments are made via the method you choose (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).

  • Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout to account for refunds and fraud checks.

4. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote Millionaire.email via:

  • Websites, blogs, YouTube, email newsletters

  • Social media accounts (Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

You may not:

  • Use spam, bots, or misleading tactics

  • Bid on "Millionaire.email" or misspellings in paid ads

  • Represent yourself as Millionaire.email or claim exclusive partnership

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Affiliate Tracking

  • Affiliates are tracked via cookies for a period of 30 days.

  • If a user purchases after that period, you will not receive a commission.

6. Termination

  • You may cancel your participation at any time.

  • We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.

  • If terminated, unpaid and pending commissions may be forfeited.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You may use official Millionaire.email logos and creatives provided through the affiliate portal.

  • You may not alter, misrepresent, or create branded content without approval.

8. Disclaimers

  • We make no guarantees regarding income potential.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control.

9. Changes to the Terms

Millionaire.email reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
